• The staff are very welcoming and the place itself is big and spacious where there are seats and also places to put your belongings. Once you're set to play the game, you'll be guided by one of the workers and they tell u the story upon entering the room. It's so much fun. I'm definitely going back to try the 5-star rooms.

• Extreme fun playing with strangers and your friends. The clues are not easy to figure out but you do not have to be Einstein to win. The staff are quite friendly and helpful. We even got little prize after we survivied 15 minutes ahead. Highly recommended.

• I went with some friends and did the new Time Continuum room. We escaped with more than 10 minutes left and were overall disappointed with the room. This is the second room I have completed at X-room, and although the puzzles are designed very well, both had the same issues:
  
  -Customer Service: The staff's behavior towards customers leaves much to be desired. You call for a hint using a walkie talkie and the staff will reply over the talkie. The walkie talkies were quite garbled, and to make matters worse there is quite a bit background noise in the Time Continuum so we could barely understand anything. We had to repeatedly state we could not understand what was being said before a staff member was willing to come into the room and give us the same hint in person.
  
  -Puzzle Implementation: Some of the puzzles are really interesting, however on the whole they seem rather slipshod. Most of the difficulty in the room came not from the puzzles themselves, but rather from what actually had to be done with the puzzle. Instead of presenting challenges to solve, the hardest part was figuring out the actual challenge; finding the answer was always straightforward.
  
  -Difficulty: This is supposed to be their hardest room, and we found none of the puzzles particularly challenging. Once we actually understood the puzzles, none took longer than a minute or two.
  
  Will not return.
