• I made the reservation online and was worried when I didn't get any confirmation email. They didn't pick up my calls either. When we went, we were about 15 minutes early and the door was locked. We waited until the time and then the guy came to open it. We realized that they're only open when people book, so if you want to call then you need to see when they're booked.
  
  The room was fun and stressful. There were a lot of things to find that were hidden in unusual places. We needed a lot more help than we thought we would. Overall, great experience and friendly and helpful staff.

• This is definitely something I recommend everyone do! It was an amazing experience. I went with my husband and another couple, and we all worked together very well.
  
  It's crazy how this totally turns on another mode in you. Like as soon as I walked in my problem solving instincts/survival mode turned on and I just went at it.
  
  I am going again until I get to solve all the rooms!
