Escape room "The Mystery in Archaeology" by X-Room in New York

You came to visit your favorite professor of archaeology, but Dr. Williams is nowhere to be found. His assistant tells you he spent months studying an ancient tomb - that's where he is now. The last entry in his journal says: "This is no regular tomb..."

When you reach the site you are shocked to see that the tomb has collapsed, leaving about an hour before the professor runs out of air. The rescue team won't make it in time, so you have to go down and use Dr. Williams' notes to save him!

The design of the room is so specail. It needs to use your brain to escape the room but not the musle. If you like to solve puzzles, no doubt: Xroom. I gonna try the hardest one with my friends later.

Great experience, but you can actually screw the game up to the point of unsolvable quite easily... so be careful moving to many props around... or at least put it back... This maybe a tip they should mention.... But overall game play was challenging and fun.

However pictures (that they take of your winning team) were said to be posted by the following week. This was far from true, more like 1.5months after! I sheer happenstance and boredom did I actually scroll through hundreds of pictures just to find mine. They have also turned off the tag function for no apparent reason unless they planned it to be a detriment to themselves. And make it more difficult for their clients.
