Set in 1935 Chicago, a beloved philanthropist has been murdered, and his widow has hired the city’s leading Private Eye, Ed Miller, to find out who did it.As Miller got close to solving the case, the local crime syndicate headed to his office to “persuade” the detective to engage in less murder solving, mostly by way of “not bein’ alive as much as he usually is.” Ed was able to lure the henchmen from his office, giving you and your fellow gumshoes an hour to find all the evidence he had collected, and solve the Vandergrift murder.
You’ll have to work fast if you’d like to escape without facing the business end of a Tommy gun.
