Read all reviewsI've done several escape rooms in Austin. This one was pretty good but not the best I've been to. We did the Pirate Captives room and it was basically just one room, but you had to escape out of the "prison" section which was just one corner of the room. You could tell they put a lot of effort into collecting various pirate-themed props and some of the puzzles were pretty creative, but it did feel like there were just a ton of combination locks to unlock which to me is not as fun as getting various types puzzles to solve.

The host was really nice and helpful and gave us a bonus clue at the end because we were close to solving the room. Overall 11th Hour Escape was pretty good but the production quality was not as high as some places, though it's also not as expensive, so I would come back and do another room at some point.
