• SAVE YOUR MONEY !! There are plenty of better escape rooms in the area. Went with a group early this year (2022) since there aren’t dates on these reviews. It was awful. Some props were missing the game master just walked in and gave the answer and told us it was impossible to solve the puzzle because the prop for the puzzle was broken. I’ve heard bad things about this place from many people but I decided to give it a try anyways cause some people are dramatic but no. This place is truly awful. Not to mention the many people the owner has robbed and scammed. Read the google reviews. Filter for most critical for the honest ones. All these reviews on here are either really old or fake.

• Would give them zero stars if I could. There was no one at the store for our confirmed booking (paid for through Groupon). On top of that they haven’t even responded to my email I sent them after their no show.

• We did the Wizard's Keep room and it was a ton of fun. If you're a Harry Potter fan, you will greatly appreciate the design of the room. Or even if you aren't, it's still worth it. The puzzles were challenging and clever. I think we finished in about 32 minutes. We will definitely be back to try the other rooms!

• While I'm not the best at escape rooms, I've been a Harry Potter fan for more than 15 years now. The Wizard's Keep was just magical. It's like the Wizarding World of Harry Potter, you just don't have to buy a ticket to Orlando! The puzzles weren't too difficult or varied but still fun and exciting. Great for Harry Potter fans! And our game master was just lovely. Great energy from her and she let me feel comfortable to fangirl.

• There are many escape rooms to choose from in Buffalo, NY but we chose Trapped for the Harry Pottery theme room-Wizarding World (the only one currently in Buffalo). It was a birthday party celebration for my daughter. Sean and Robin were very accommodating and gave us A+ service.
