• Had a great time in the Mystery Mansion with a full team of 8. Cut it a little close but we made it out with a little gentle nudging from Adam. Employees were very respectful and helpful without holding our hands or intruding on our puzzling.

• My friend and I went to the Mystery Mansion room for my 20th birthday. We had so much fun. I have done one of the rooms before but she had not. Every time I go, the employees are so nice and want you to have a good time. We even broke out! Plan on coming back next week.

• This was our first time doing something like this, but we had a blast. We did the mansion with 4 adults and 3 teens. We almost got out, but needed another 5 minutes. The host did a great job giving us subtle hints when we were spending too much time in the weeds. Very well done, lots of fun and we all plan to do it again!

• My family did the Mystery Mansion breakout room with Will. Our family of 4 with two kids under 10 had a great time! Will was so patient and helpful with us and the kids. There was enough spookiness to the room to make it fun, but not so much to overly scare the kids. The puzzles were challenging (to us anyway!) and had a good variety! They also weren’t so far out there that we had no ideas though, and Will gave us some gentle nudges when we needed them!

• We took some younger kids here for a birthday experience and they absolutely loved the Haunted Mansion theme. It was pretty challenging for them but they had a blast. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

• I love Escape rooms but this one wasn't that impressive. We did Mystery Mansion. There were quite a few things broken or the guy would come over the intercom, telling us that we wouldn't need something and not to touch it. The workers didn't seem to be into it at all so that didn't help us get excited. We did get out and it was fun, just not as impressed as I usually am at escape rooms. This was our first time at Breakout Games and it was my twin sister's and my birthday.
