Did the Despair room with four people. This game was loosely inspired by the Stephen King story Misery. This was in a great location, we came from lunch, and it was easy to find. The staff was very helpful and friendly from when we walked through the door until we left. The room and game itself was a blast. I won't give anything away but the props were really good. Thus was our first escape room and we would definitely go back. Highly recommended and totally worth the price of admission!

Description:

You were driving home late one night and your car broke down. A local nurse named Emily was driving by and offered to take you to use her phone to call for help. After agreeing to go back to her house you quickly realize that she is not as innocent as she first seemed.

You try to leave Emily’s house and realize that you have been locked in. You discover you are not her first victim and begin to uncover clues left behind by the author she previously kidnapped. She has trapped you in her home and left to run some errands. You have 60 minutes to escape before you discover how far she will go to keep you here.

We did the Despair Room with Justin as our guide. Sad to say we did not get out in time. But we had a blast trying! Justin was great. very friendly, and made the visit that much more enjoyable. We will be back for sure next time we are in town.
