Your special ops team has been summoned to help find and capture the notorious Louie Bibbs, (aka The Giggler) before he infiltrates another carnival. His MO is to sneak into the carnival, steal all their popcorn, cotton candy, stuffed animals, funnel cakes, etc. making it impossible for the carnival to continue operating. Your team needs to stop him before he strikes another carnival somewhere in the United States, disappointing kids and adults alike. Families and carnies everywhere are counting on you.
