• Our Runaway Train experience was fun and challenging till the very end. Zay was the escape lead who helped us out a few times. He was fun and offered help when he saw us trying stuff and getting stuck. We did make it put in time and look forward to another escape soon!

• Took my entire work team hear one afternoon to get a break from the office and build camaraderie. Broke into 4 teams with 4 players each in 4 different rooms (Haunted Mansion, Runaway Train, the Kidnapping, and Wild Wild West). Everyone had a great time!

• We did Runaway Train as a family and had fun. As newbies with kids, we could have used 15 more minutes. It was a bummer that we didn’t get to finish the last step. The kids were really disappointed. Emmerson did a great job guiding us as we needed help. We would love to do this again sometime soon!

• Last Saturday, my now fiance proposed to me at Breakout Games! This place was special to us because we have been here many times before playing the fabulous games...the proposal went off so smoothly I was just in shock! The GM assisted my fiance in every aspect to make sure the proposal came out perfect. I couldn't thank Breakout Games enough for making this such a once in a lifetime proposal moment!!

• We had an amazing time at Breakout Jacksonville! Our game masters were very friendly and helped us whenever we were really stuck! The building was clean and neat, and the rooms were cleverly designed, making every challenge stimulating and -of course- fun! It really made us use our brains! Breakout was fun for people of all ages, and we will definitely come again!

• Entertaining and challenging. This is a perfect venue for a couple, a family, a corporate event, etc.
  
  We did the runaway train challenge and it was our first time ever in an escape room. There's something to be said for experience - some aspects require less examination and some require more. Going thru a room once will give you a much better idea of which aspects fall into which bucket.
  
  Staff will chime in on the speaker if/when they see you doing something that's obviously wrong or if they see you struggling. You will need these "Big Brother" guides, hints, or whatever you want to call them.

• We played the runaway train room as a family. Our kids are 8, 6 and 6. There were plenty of things in the room to keep our littles busy and engaged. I can not rave enough about our game masters. They really took our escape room experience to the next level. They have set the bar very high for our expectations! We can't wait to try another room at this location

• Went here for a family event and played the Runaway train. Lady named Val greeted us in the lobby and was very friendly. Our game master was the manager named Stephanie, she was awesome. We broke out with ten minutes to spare and only used two clues. Had a ton of fun. Highly recommend.
