  Terrible! Don’t even waste your money going to this Mickey Mouse operation. Worst experience ever. Place is not clean. Staff does not know what they are doing. Puzzles are terrible and make no sense. Things in the rooms are broke and do not work like they should. If I could give this a zero I would. And the manger refused to give a refund for the terrible experience. What a joke!!!!!!!!!!!!!

• When you walk through the door it was a foul smell. Once you enter its was junky and dirty. The bathroom looks as if it has not been cleaned all month. THE ESCAPE ROOM ON Coventry NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN FOR A DEEP CLEANING. THE HEALTH DEPT. NEED TO BE CALLED.

  Amazing place to bring your family and friends! I have been there twice (pirate, and chainsaw) and each time we always have a blast. The staff are extremely nice and helpful. You have to give this place a try at least once!

• We had a group of 10 go into the Chainsaw room and even though we didn't escape we had a blast! I want to go again!

• We decided on a family outgoing, my nieces love solving puzzles. We did the Chainsaw and what a challenge it was. Needless to say, we didn't make it out, but we had a marvelous time. The staff was outstanding, definitely a place to go. We'll be back until we finally escape. Thank you again for a wonderful time!

• My group and I had so much fun at Trapped. We've never done anything like this before and we couldn't stop talking about it after! There were so many clever twists and turns. Everyone was so friendly. We can't wait until all the rooms are done so we can go back!
