Read all reviewsWe again got the guy who sounds like he has a problem talking and went into the room not knowing what it was about. The room itself was pretty fun but there was a glitch in their room setup that cost us some time. Also one of the colors for one of the puzzles was so worn off that you couldn’t see it, thus making it that much harder to try to figure out. Even after telling the guy running it about everything that happened we weren’t offered any compensation nor did it seem like he even cared that things were messed up in that room. Other places have given us deals on booking another room when their room wasn’t up to par like this room, but we got no empathy at all from this guy. Ya the room itself was cool and awesome set up but I have a “bad” mark because the total experience wasn’t fun for us in the end.
