We did a work team building here, was so much fun!!!

So disappointing!! From the moment we entered the building, the man who checked us in was unwelcoming and made it clear he wasn’t happy we were there (we were the only group they had all day which tells you something). He brought us to a very small room, only to find out the room was dark and no lights were allowed accept for a few fake dimly lit candles in the room. After attempting to listen to the introduction, four of us felt the need to walk out as this fact was never stated on the website description. We even called earlier in the day making sure the room was appropriate for our two younger kids and we were told it would be. Then while there the GM told us there are jump scares and loud noises, again both important info. that wasn’t mentioned on the website. When we asked if we could do a different room or get a refund or rain check for a different room another day we were told that would be up to the owner (who wasn’t there or contacted). What was supposed to be a fun family event on Mother’s Day turned into only two of our group staying and the other four of us waiting out in the parking lot for an hour. Soooo disappointing and such a waste of money. This could have been avoided had the pertinent information been disclosed on the website descriptions so we knew what to expect beforehand. So very disappointed in this business and would not recommend .

This is a great escape room. The puzzles are fun and challenging. Tara was a fantastic game master. We will definitely be back!

Went for a team building activity for the first time, it was AWESOME! Coming back with my husband and kids in s few weeks. A must do if you've never tried!
