This was our first Escape Room experience and we had a blast. I had called a week in advance to ask some questions and they remembered that I mentioned we were doing a little birthday thing and wished both girls a happy birthday when we were done. That personal touch meant a lot to me. Even though we didn't make it out we had so much fun and definitely want to make a trip back to try again. Thank you!

We tried the Hyde and Seek room with just 4 of us, and as it is the most difficult of the three, we were given lots of hints (and didn't come close to finishing), but we absolutely loved everything about our experience, and we will definitely be going back to try again, and do the other two rooms!

My 4th room at Castle of Chaos, and the best I've seen from them so far. Castle of Chaos has a habit of creating amazing effects, but flubbing it on puzzle design and details. But the puzzles are a lot more consistent in this room than in their others. Having the players start in 3 different rooms and the straight jacket shtick add a nice start.

There's a couple issues, such as a section being marked as "No touch, employees only" needing a fairly aggressive amount of player touch to get the key inside. And there is at least 2 parts of the room like that.
But, overall, the fact that this room is the only one with adequate lighting at Castle of Chaos, and has a good asylum look, and overall the puzzles are pretty solid, it's the one I recommend the most there. On of the best in SLC.
My group went through the Asylum and the Zombie rooms. Both were a lot of fun and we didn't get survive either room. Make sure you have the right people with you when you go and that you guys can work as a TEAM!!!

The first time we went we did the pirate room and like it ok, but thought the room didn't have flow to it like other places we've gone. BUT, we went to the asylum room this last time and LOVED it. This room had flow and was a lot more fun. We had 8 people and it was a blast. Highly recommend.

Also, we had the same girl guiding us both times and she was phenomenal! I forgot her name and I'm sorry, but she was great.
