I completed Segal recently with a few friends and it was a blast! Everything was very professional from the check in process to actually entering the room. The staff take their role as mission producers very seriously and help to create a much more immersive experience. The attention to detail throughout the room and differentiation between each challenge while maintaining the storyline was what really made Segal an amazing experience. I would highly recommend doing this mission if you have the chance.

If you are looking for a fun family activity for older teens, their parents and even grandparents this is a great option. Our group of 7 had people ranging in age 16 to 71 and it was great fun for all.

My family and I did the Investigation of Miss Treedeath and solved it with just a little time to spare! The whole experience was so so so fun! Eva was our leader and she was great! I ended it saying "that just made this one of the best days of my life." 10/10 recommend!

My wife and I went alone. This was our first escape room and based on our experience we will definitely do more in the future! I'm not sure how the other locations are in the area but the worker was very nice and helpful. We didn't reserve the room either and he went through the trouble of setting up the room and answering all of our questions to get us in. I'm not sure of his name but he might recognize this, so thank you for being so great!

I went a few weeks ago with some friends to play Mr. Dupree's Office. We had a blast. The location is great! Right between the Hub and Bourbon Bistro and close to Comfy Cow. The building was clean and industrial and the lobby was nice to hang out in until the rest of our party showed up. Our host went the extra mile and really made the experience a great one for us.

There were four of us and there were enough puzzles in the room to keep everyone occupied. At other escape rooms we've been to it's very linear where you have to solve one clue in order to progress to the next. But at Escape Lou there are multiple things to work on at once. After our mission we had a "debrief" and got to hear each person's contribution! I'd highly recommended checking out Escape Lou!
Too much fun! Went to experience the new room at Escape LOU last night with 7 other folks. The mission as CDC agents is to find the formula of the evil Dr. K to save the world from a deadly virus.

The lobby is welcoming and the staff exceptional. Our host Will was welcoming and called us each by name, taking the time to make each of us feel welcome.
We escaped cutting in close, but hey, that made it more exciting I have been to experience the other two rooms and was not successful in escaping either of those but again had a good time enjoying the experience with friends.
