We had our 10 year old"s birthday party here. It went smoothly and easily. The staff were very helpful and everyone had fun. It's great how everyone gets involved, trying to figure it out together.

The puzzles were well thought out and varied enough to allow all levels of players to participate. However, the props and facilities were in a general state of disrepair and needed to be refreshed and repaired. Two of the doors didn’t work properly when we discovered the correct opening mechanism, and we had to waste two clues to have the operator tell us, “Oh, that door should have opened when you did X.” So that was wasted time and wasted clues, but no recompense was offered, like additional time on the clock or additional clues. Disappointing.

Been here twice and the experience has been very personable and staff has also made a great first experience for my 9 year old who was scared but really wanted to come with us. She had a blast and wants to go again.
