• Too dark, couldn't see the numbers on all the locks, no light provided, we were told we couldn't use our cell phones for lighting and honestly, they could completely care less that we were not happy. We've been to plenty of escape rooms in this place disappoints yet again. Zero acknowledgement by owner of frustration felt by paying customers. Rude rude rude. Won't ever return.
