Too dark, couldn't see the numbers on all the locks, no light provided, we were told we couldn't use our cell phones for lighting and honestly, they could completely care less that we were not happy. We've been to plenty of escape rooms in this place disappoints yet again. Zero acknowledgement by owner of frustration felt by paying customers. Rude rude rude. Won't ever return.

Worst escape room I've ever been to and we will never go back nor ever recommend this place in a positive way. Can't even get anyone to listen to us over there. Total waste of a very large sum of money.

We escaped the Baker Street Mystery. Had an excellent time. The staff made it a really fun experience. Thank goodness we had some very smart people with us.

We had a blast! We did the Baker Street Gang room. We definitely used all our hints. It was fun and challenging. Can’t wait to try again!

Super fun and we found it by accident!!!! The organizers were super friendly and accommodating! Loved it and I am a pretty harsh critic. Go go go!!

My kids and their friends just walked out the door asking when they could go back! They had a blast! Great staff, very kid-friendly AND it gave us an hour to do some shopping!
