Better aesthetics and sturdier construction than Pirate or Diamond Heist. Countdown clock is only available in the last room. Staff was good. The room wasn't really scary or creepy. More on par with walking down the aisle of a Halloween store. The room had an overabundance of puzzles. Some of the puzzles are time consuming but easily solvable. Others were of reasonable difficulty for the level of the room. Some puzzles need to solved in parallel and a larger group may help. Overall the room was disjointed. It feels like the room designer went for quantity over quality. Some puzzles lacked any logical way to determine the solution. The game master hints were useful in those situations, but ideally the operator would add some kind of clue within the room to put the players on a logical path.

Decent room and we had fun doing it. Aesthetics were just okay. There was a countdown clock in the room. Part of the room feels designed for younger players, but many of the puzzles are more appropriate for adults. Best not to overthink it. There is better than average variety of puzzles, especially for an intermediate room.

A pretty straightforward entry level room. Probably best for much younger players. A veteran group should breeze through the room without challenge - if not for all of the broken equipment. Puzzles can be done in parallel. Room could definitely use a refurbishment.

Terrible experience at the Rockville Escape Room at 120 Derwood Road, Rockville. Against better judgement after one bad experience with the rude and unhelpful staff, decided to go back because the kids enjoyed the challenge and again, had a terrible experience with staff. Our group of 5 students was not acknowledged when we arrived and were ignored and left to sit and watch as another group arrived 10 minutes after us but were greeted and escorted to their challenge. We did not begin our challenge until 26 minutes after our start time. While the room and challenge was fun for the students, feel that we can get the same experience just down the road at the Game of Rooms Escape Room. Do not give your money to a business that treats its customers so poorly

This place is super cool! We went for my son's 16th birthday with a group of his friends and did the Pirate Quest. We had an awesome time and escaped with 2 minutes to spare. Customer service was great. I think there is room for improvement as far as the quality of the clues and the artifacts in the room, but overall we were very pleased with our experience and will definitely go again!

We did the Diamond Heist. I thought it was fun, but kind of low budget. Some of the clues were very obvious and some of them were not at all. There was also way too much math. We literally had 2 scientists in our group and even then we had to ask for a couple of hints. It's not that it was overly difficult, but some of the clues were not clear at all. I'd probably go back, but honestly I'm not going to solve all that math crap by myself so I would only do it in a group.
