• Overall satisfied with the experience! Our group arrived late but the staff waited on us and was granted the allowed time to do our games. We had a technical failure in our room which led to a little frustration but other that all we had a great time.

• Our team at work wanted to do an Espace Room and this was a perfect fit. We called ahead and they were able to put us in 2 rooms and start them at the same time. Since we were in 2 rooms, we had 2 different experiences and it made it lots of fun to discuss afterward. We will definitely be going back to the Rockwall Escape Rooms!

• We booked this for a Friday evening couples event. There were 4 of us. The room was challenging but doable for novices. This is a family run escape room so not as elaborate as the only other room we've visited, but don't let this deter you. It's well done and we all enjoyed ourselves (even the couple that seemed a little apprehensive about going)!

• This was our 5th or 6th visit to Rockwall Escape Rooms and my family just loves it! Their customer service is fabulous! We called to ask about booking a room and, even though they weren't open, a Gamemaster came and met us there so that my daughter and her friend could have an escape experience. Wow! I continue to be impressed by this wonderful company! Thank you so much!
