Not at all what we expected too many broken things and they forgot to put a lock on an important clue that threw off the game

The customer service was awful when we complained about things not working right they were full of excuses! I do not recommend. They told us it was the hardest and we just didn't understand the puzzles! We were was so angry we just left !
