GeraldineWe had a great family experience this evening at Trapped in the Upstate Escape Rooms. We did a holiday themed escape and it was enjoyed by everyone in our group. Our age range was 11 to 68. The staff was genuinely helpful, explained things , and could not have been friendlier. The facility is nicely appointed, immaculately clean and the escape room we participated in was well thought out and just challenging enough to keep all of us on our toes until we solved the mystery with only 5 minutes to spare. I would highly recommend the Trapped in the Upstate Escape Room.
