trap't Escape Room Adventures is Stamford's first and only Escape Room. We created trap't after experiencing and enjoying many Escape Rooms around the world as a family. It is our goal to provide a premium experience that combines traditional and technological puzzles, locks and clues that will stretch people's minds while promoting team work and collaboration. We developed room themes that are a bit different from the norm by incorporating deep stories and narratives that are meant to (at least partially) suspend reality and take you to a new place for 60 minutes.
Our rooms have been designed for groups made up of families, friends, co-workers and yes, even strangers. Our location is convenient to towns throughout Connecticut and Westchester including: Stamford, Norwalk, Greenwich, Westport, Fairfield, Bridgeport, White Plains, Rye, and Port Chester. We hope you enjoy playing our rooms as much as we enjoy creating and running them!

As a new recruit of the Time Chaser Corps, you must travel through time to find a cure to save President Palmer from certain death.
JoanneWe loved it! It was both challenging and fun. The rooms are so cleverly designed and there is something for everyone to solve. Our group had 5 people and I think if we had more it would've been harder to solve. We got out of the Abduction Room with 38 seconds to spare! The staff was very helpful and informative. I highly recommend!

EllenIt was the first one I've done. Went with 3 other couple friends for my birthday. We did the Abducted room. It was so much fun! Each of us contributed something unique and it was a really engaging experience. We ended up finishing with 9 minutes left and all of us felt giddy and amped up afterward. It felt like quite the accomplishment. We did have some hints - but our game master said we needed far fewer clues than most groups. I definitely want to go back and do the other rooms. I highly recommend!

SabrinaMy friends and I had so much fun at Museum Mayhem! We've done six escape rooms before and this place is definitely the most challenging! What's great is that they offer unlimited clues which is so helpful! They even offered us a few extra minutes to escape which was so nice since we were struggling. Felt like they cared more about you having fun and solving the puzzles than just taking your money and sending you home after 60 minutes unlike other places I've been.
The owners were wonderful - so friendly and very helpful with the hints. We stayed after for at least 15-20 minutes just chatting. But what amazed me even more was the husband Stuart invented and built the rooms! If that's not talent I don't know what is.
My friends and I will be going back to do the other rooms and because Jill and Stuart were such great people! Definitely recommend to other people!December 28, 2017

RebeccaOur group of eight recently took on the most difficult room at Trap't and had a blast. The room design was pretty amazing, really transporting you, and all the puzzles were very clever, and lots of fun! This was our second trip here and it did not disappoint. The staff here are also wonderful - very helpful, friendly, etc. Overall great experience.
