• Friends and I had an amazing time breaking codes to beat the clock. Better yet, it was all done in a black room lit with black-lights. Neon colors, shapes, words, and numbers decorated the room. It was a very visually-pleasing space, and my 8 friends and I fit easily into the room. This would be a great team building exercise, or even a fun adventure for a family trip to Dallas. The clues range from amateur to expert codes, though, so I would recommend for middle-school-aged kids and up. You'll definitely get a mental exercise, but there is no better feeling than knowing your own cleverness can beat the clock. Highly recommend it!

• All the clues are there. Your team just have to figure out what's a clue and what's not. Put the "puzzle" together to get yourselves out of the room within an hour. There are several rooms requiring varying levels of expertise to pick from. It made my brain hurt a little but it's absolutely worth the price of the hour. I'd do it again for sure. Great team-building or family fun activity.

• My boyfriend had purchased eight tickets for another escape room. We messed up and went to the wrong address and unfortunately, the other escape room didn't refund or let us reschedule. We spoke to Escape Expert and the owner gave us an amazing deal because he felt bad for what happened on my birthday so we went to Escape Expert the next day and had a BLAST!! My boyfriend was all mopey and annoyed before we got there and was STOKED when we left. A complete 180 :) Escape Expert was an amazing experience. Great team building experience and just all around fun!! You should of course try it out :)

• I took my 13 year old son and husband there as a birthday surprise for my husband...we loved it and will go back! We all had a blast! The room was SUPER challenging, although it was labeled as one of the easier rooms to escape. Samantha was our guide and she did a superb job of giving us the clues necessary to escape, although we didn't escape...I recommend this as a team building experience as well as a family bonding experience.

• I highly recommend this place over all other escape rooms. This is actually challenging and fun at the same time! Too many people can be chaotic if you don't communicate properly. Bring your wits. Less is more!!

• We did the Mind Matrix with 4 people and we were so close yet so far to getting out the front door. We are happy to add to the statistic that did not escape, making this room even more exciting for everyone else. From being greeted at the door with their costumes, to the lively but funny instructions, and assistance with our life line - every second there was fun. Definitely will come back with more friends to check out the rooms.

• My friends and I had a great time even though we didn't escape the mind matrix room. The staffs were friendly and had a lot patience for our shenanigans. Next time we are in Dallas, we would definitely try it again.
