Attention all superheros! The evil Dr. Beel has stolen the Key to Empire City and is using it to power his mind control machine. Even worse, Captain X has been captured! It is up to you and the rest of the X League, to disable Dr. Beel’s machine and return the key back to the mayor! You must hurry! There is only so much time until the mind control machine takes over the entire city!
