Loretta is a wonderful Game Master. My wife and I have done several escape rooms at other businesses and this is very well done. There were several very crafty puzzles in Once Upon a Time and the theme and decor is excellent. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful.

We had such an amazing time! Harvey was our game master and did a fantastic job. The Once Upon a Time game was stumping but super fun! Thank you for an excellent experience!

We had SO much fun in the Once Upon A Time escape room! I’ve never been in an escape room so intricate! We love coming to this place now. It’s our new favorite escape room place. Oscar was an amazing game master and so helpful.

Rebecca was our game master and she was amazing! We did Once Upon a Time and it was the perfect difficulty for 2 people (helpful hints included!) We escaped with 4 minutes to spare, so right up to the end. Puzzles were intriguing but not impossible.

Easy to book, worth the price, and a great date!

We had a work event here and we had such a blast. This is a good team building exercise for a reasonable price. We were in a group of six people for the Once Upon a Time room with a 25% rate. It was one of the few successful rates but we made it out with 4 minutes left! HA! We got frustrated in the last room because we asked for a hint and they gave us one that we already got. They heard us said it and quickly gave us a different hint.

The place is located inside the building with other activities for kids (trampoline, pool, gymnastics) they are upstairs so just walk up. It was kind of hard to find, just follow the signs.

Went today as a party of 2 adults and 4 kids. We did the fairy tale themed room first, and had so much fun that we stayed and did the prison escape one right after it! The clues were well placed, required team-work and creative thinking, perfect for a family visit. Our guide was Joell, was FANTASTIC, extremely helpful, fun and positive. We will be back for sure! I hope they change up the room themes often so we can come back regularly.

This was the 2nd room my wife and I ever did. We had a blast. Its not the BEST room at Red Door but its still a notch above a lot of other escape rooms out there. the puzzles and technology fit the room and weren't easy but weren't hard. the aesthetics were good but a little rocky in places. All around it was worth out time and money.

So much fun!!! Our host Zain was amazing. He was funny, very helpful and made the whole experience a night none of us will ever forget. We were one puzzle short of escaping Once Upon a Time, and we now feel ready for the other rooms!

We went to Red Door Escape Room as a family outing for my little sister's birthday. She's all about princesses and kings, so we had a blast! Even though the theme is about a curse, she wasn't scared, but was happy to undo it and save the kingdom! This was our first time to do an escape room will definitely be back!
