They team you up with another party and the host will introduce you to your team this way we can all talked and get to know each other and feel comfortable. All the escape rooms are an hour and you can choose up to four rooms. We did The Heist and it was AWESOME. Be sure to be there 10 min before your reservation.

• We went as a group and had amazing fun. Alex with the green hair was great with us and Cole was very helpful. They were friendly, took pictures and guided us enough. We thoroughly enjoyed playing the heist. It was set-up very well and was very neat. Loved the challenging clues too.

• Soooo much fun!!! One of the better escape rooms I’ve been to. We went with 2 adults and 13 yr old and 11 year old. We did Heist and it was a lot of fun. Clean and entertaining. Holly and Alex with green hair made our experience even better!

• First time playing an escape room and it was so much fun, Duncan was the one to bring us to the back and when we finished it Alex with the cute green hair was the one to to congratulate us and made the experience 10x when we finished. Overall it was an amazing experience and I would love to go again and try the play ground instead, we did the heist with the man behind bar and it was fun

• had a wonderful time! really well made puzzle. we did the heist and it was wonderfully done, had a fun hat, jacket, and scroll case in the room that i wore to really immerse myself in the heist. our guide was sage and she was very fun and professional when introducing us to the mission, she's really seen it all when it comes to the groups that have come through lol. definitely worth the trip!

• I thought Escape Room in Grapevine was awesome! We did the Heist game and felt like I was in a video game with the challenging puzzles plus my group from my job was entertaining so it all worked out. PLUS, we escaped!

• I went to EGD for my birthday, and literally had the best customer service I've ever seen. Never mind that the escape room itself was exceptional (we escaped from "The Heist"). When they found out it was my birthday, after we got out of the room, I was presented with a birthday card that had personalized messages from everyone on staff! Everyone made sure we had a great experience. I will definitely be coming back!

• My experience was a lot of fun. The clues found were very unique. Fortunately, I was with a group of "seasoned escapees" who were familiar with the ways of Escape Rooms. We did 2 rooms. The Heist defeated us. UGH!!! It was a real challenge. Looking forward to more escapes.

• My boyfriend and I had his best friends join us for The Heist. We were 4 people when it was meant for 8, but they let us do it on our own. The employees were very accommodating and nice, and the game was incredibly fun. We would have escaped given literally a few more seconds, but it was a challenge. I highly recommend this place and will go back next time I am in Dallas to try another situation.
