• Their rooms are not detailed at all. I have done over 30 escape rooms and this is one of my least favorite. For there Jet Set room you are basically in a white room with at lease 20 locks. Also, their Doomsday room is basic. There was one puzzle that was not working and the game master had to come into our room over 4 times to fix it. He had to come in with a power tool to try and fix it. There is no detail and you do not feel immersed. All of these puzzles are basic and there are no electronic puzzles. Also, all of there rooms are single-roomed and small. This makes the game boring. Their customer service is great but I feel like the owners did not put time and care into the rooms and they don't care if players have a good experience. I would suggest going to a different place.

• We've done an escape room at home with my daughter and decided to try a live one, so we wrangled up a couple friends and took at stab at Jet Set. Everyone had a blast, and we made it out with 6 minutes to spare and everyone contributing to the variety of puzzles. An excellent experience.

• We were a group of 3 kids (between 12 and 17) and 4 adults, and we got out of the Jet Set room with 12 minutes to spare. The puzzles were quite challenging but really fun to solve and put together. It's a great team building exercise and an overall fun way to spend an afternoon! I can't wait to go back and try another room, it was an awesome experience!

• We are a family of four (two almost 13 year olds) who were placed in the "Jet Set" Room with two other men. I have to say I was hoping it would just be our family in the room together, I wasn't sure about working with strangers. But... it turned out we had so much fun and all worked together as a team! We each brought different ways of thinking to the game which made us successful. The owner and staff were helpful & professional. The facility was clean & bright. We will definitely be back & recommend Escape 101 for a fun & unique type of interactive entertainment.
