Description:

In 1922, archaeologists from the British Museum discovered the tomb of a previously unknown king TahtumRa, a great pharaoh rumored to be protected by the gods. Not long after their magnificent discovery, the archaeologists began to die of mysterious diseases. The explorations were halted and the tomb resealed, and the legend began to spread of a “cursed tomb” whose king truly did hold the protection of the gods, and would destroy those who disturbed his remains and tried to claim his treasure.

We now believe that the archaeologists’ deaths were likely caused by poisoned air from radioactive decay of the tomb’s construction materials. We believe that limited exposure (1 hour or less) to the air inside the tomb will not result in serious health risks.
