This escape room was absolutely terrible. All locks, barely even any puzzles. Items not even color coded correctly. There is no creativity or story with this escape room. When we asked for a hint, the lady came in and told us we already have it when we didn’t, laughed and left. Didn’t tell us where it could be or how to find it or what it’s connected to. She was completely rude and unhelpful. I do recommend this escape room at all. I’d say you would have more fun with a bucket of locks and keys dumped in front of you and told to unlock them all, but that seems exactly how it was.
We enjoyed our evening at Cluemasters! It was fun for the whole family, teens and grandparents alike. The puzzles were challenging but solvable and the service was excellent. They were polite and helpful when we got stuck. The rooms, puzzles, and storylines were fleshed out and interesting. We are definitely coming back for a different puzzle!
Had a great experience there with some friends. We did the Game Show escape room and it was really fun.
We did well through most of the puzzles but got hung up on the last one. Didn't use hints though and made it out with a little time to spare.
The hosts were very kind and the experience was solid. Highly recommend for a fun group activity.
