Just finished The Heist and it was awesome! Everyone made us feel comfortable and we had an amazing time. We had a small group but was still able to get far in the room even though we couldn't break out. The space was really clean and set up nicely. It was easy to book and the customer service was great!! Would definitely recommend this place!

This was my 77th room and hands down one of the best companies I've been to. The owners were just awesome and really wanted you to have a great time from the minute you walked in the door. From the briefing on you are fully immersed and the room is top notch. Great puzzles, great design, and lots of fun.

Coming from an experienced escape room player, Downtown Escapes is one of the best escape experiences I've ever had! Great immersion, unique puzzles, appropriate challenge, good flow and most importantly, there are plenty of things for the group to work on all at once. Very impressive showing. Can't wait for their next room!
