• Honestly, I thoroughly enjoyed the aesthetic and atmosphere of this room. It's very well crafted looks pretty cool. The puzzles, however, need work. On our run, we had multiple instances of locks not opening with the right code, and clues meaning nothing and providing little to no knowledge on how to figure out a puzzle. When the solution was explained in the end, we were left feeling cheated and disappointed. We've done some seriously challenging rooms. This is challenging, but only because the puzzles require absurd amounts of assumption to solve. Fun for amateurs, not for those who take escape rooms seriously.

• The Phantom was so much fun! We started off slow (I didn't think I'd be any help) but we made it out with 3 minutes to spare! The whole experience was amazing!

• My wife and I went with some of our friends and we played The Phantom. It was definitely challenging and even though we didn’t escape, we had a great time. Definitely makes me want to go back!

• We did the Phantom room. Was just the right level of difficulty to make it challenging but not too hard. Our guide was really cool and did a great job of guiding without giving anything away. We all had a ton of fun!

• Had a great experience last night! A group of 8 of us managed to escape from the Phantom. The challenge was fun, the room was cool and we had a blast. We'll definitely be going back to try the other rooms.
