Description:

Your community held a charity event with 100% of the proceeds going to the foster kids program. The local casino hosted the event and handled all the auctions and donations. When it came time to count up the proceeds and deliver the money, there was none. Apparently, the casino kept it all and went silent. Local law enforcement said they had nothing to go on without a pre-arranged contract. So you decided to handle it yourself.
