Read all reviewsTwo days before we participated in another room at this location. It was our first time ever in an Escape Room, and it was not a positive experience. Some props were missing or incomplete, and the operator failed to provide any background information and was inattentive when clues were requested. We decided to give the activity another try, and we're glad we did! Kam provided a great overview and answered our questions prior to starting. She was very attentive during our time inside and provided timely guidance when requested. We came away from the experience very satisfied and feeling quite positive. We definitely recommend this location and themed room; just make sure someone like Kam is working that day. You definitely want an employee who strives to provide the customers with a quality experience!
