Description:

You are the foreman of a New York City maintenance crew working during a busy tourist weekend. The subway system is running at maximum capacity and you’re working hard to keep things working smoothly. BUT, a blackout in the city has ensued chaos on the lines all over Manhattan and a runaway train is careening at full speed towards the Brooklyn terminal. You and your team must restore power to the terminal and stop the train from derailing. Failure will be a disaster! You have one hour before the train reaches a curve sure to derail the train. So fun!!!! We did the terminal and it was so fun and nerve-wracking! We got out with 29 minutes to spare :)

Super fun!! We did The Terminal and the puzzles were really interesting to figure out i loved it.

We had did the Terminal Escape and it was fun! Took me a minute to get the hang of it as it was our first time but we enjoyed and made it out with 1 minute and 45 seconds to spare.

Two days before we participated in another room at this location. It was our first time ever in an Escape Room, and it was not a positive experience. Some props were missing or incomplete, and the operator failed to provide any background information and was inattentive when clues were requested. We decided to give the activity another try, and we're glad we did! Kam provided a great overview and answered our questions prior to starting. She was very attentive during our time inside and provided timely guidance when requested. We came away from the experience very satisfied and feeling quite positive. We definitely recommend this location and themed room; just make sure someone like Kam is working that day. You definitely want an employee who strives to provide the customers with a quality experience!
