• Our group had done approx 10-15 rooms in Arizona. This room was okay, it wasn't too difficult. There were definitely some unique clues/puzzles, but we felt like there weren't enough puzzles. We were with two newbies, and moving at a slower pace to allow for the newbies to fully experience solving puzzles, and we still were seconds away from setting the record time.
  
  We are coming back to do The Collector because of the difficulty rating. Very excited.
  
  As far as the staff, they're incredibly friendly and great to work with. Will be back to review The Collector room.

• Honestly this place is awesome the staff is super chill and friendly. We did the bunker room with 4 people and we were able to get out with 8 minutes to spare.

• Had a great time with my family trapped in the Bunker! Thanks to the friendly and helpful staff we all had a blast, even my 77-year-old nother-in-law! For most of our group it was a first, but we rocked it!

• First of all, the owners were seriously so nice!!! Second, the Bunker was a great challenge, and we loved it! We took our 16-year-old daughter and her friends, and they all had a blast. It's fun to work together as a team. We will definitely come back and try another room. So excited that Gilbert finally has an Escape Room!

• Great atmosphere, been to a few of these and this was challenging and fun!! We escaped with a little over 12 minutes for the heist and the owner stayed late and let us do the bunker too. Build more rooms so we can go back!! I liked the casino heist best
