Great room, very caring family that ran it. Highly recommend the mad scientist room. GPS took us to back of building but we just followed the Alley around. We were greeted immediately and offered use of ping pong table while the room was getting reset so we had a great bonus game of ping pong on our trip.
KendraFirst escape game for my family of 6, it was a blast. We did the Mad Scientist room and it had very clever and well designed puzzles. The whole place had a super nice design, and staff was very friendly. Stop by if you're in Pigeon Forge!
GideonWe had 3 adults and 2 kids (8 and 6). We all had a blast. We did the Mad Scientist and it was a challenge, but still a great time. The owners Chris and Wendy were awesome to deal with and made our first escape game a really fun experience. We will be back next time we're in town!

KateHorrible experience! After being told by the manager that my family of four may have an additional 2-4 people added to our group we then waited patiently for 45 minutes. At the time of entry we had a group of 11 walk in & where told we had to go in with that group making the number 15. We then talked to the manager & was told we could wait another 2 hours! & go. I demanded a refund after I had two disopointed kids who where wore out from waiting . I then looked at the obvious fake reviews on their website that has no ways of adding real reviews. On vacation time is precious & this place wasted ours .
DanielAwesome time with the family. Nick our guide was very into the act and made it enjoyable for us all. My daughter got scared and he was great to calm her and allowed us to all enjoy the rest of the experience.
