• Today we celebrated my granddaughters 13th birthday exploring the secrets of the Mystery Mansion room. The clues were though, but we made it through. Our host Noel, provided just the right amount of help. The kids had a great time and we look forward to exploring other rooms in the future.

• We had a great time and completed a very heart pounding Mystery Mansion! It was especially nice that we didn't have other people trying to solve with us. We could just be our weird, fun selves while solving. I would definitely go back to do additional escape rooms at Breakout Games!

• The mansion was a blast (and a little creepy). Definitely the hardest of the rooms we have been in here. Kai (sp?) was phenomenal as our game master! She tolerated my panic and cursing. Can’t wait to come back again, maybe I’ll finally try the kidnapping.

• I went with my husband, his sister, and their parents for my birthday. This was our first experience and we all had a really fun time! But know, you pretty much HAVE to ask for clues to pass. We thought we could do it without asking for clues, and learned afterwards no one has ever passed without asking for clues. Afterwards, we were also told the average amount of clues asked is 5-10. So keep that in mind when you go in to play!

• We went to Breakout for our 1st escape room experience and couldn't have been more pleased. We had a blast with our 2 children ages [8 &13]. My wife had been wanting to try for awhile and finally we made it happen. Thought our 8 year old daughter would be to young but actually she did great. We tried the Mystery Mansion and it was great!! Great price and had a blast. Definite future experiences on the way!!!

• We decided to do an escape room for our anniversary. We chose the Mystery Mansion and it was AWESOME! It was the first time ever doing an escape room for both of us, but we were able to make it out in the end! Our guide was so nice and you could really tell he was having fun too. We will definitely be back for more games in the future!

• This was my very first experience doing a breakout and it was so much fun! Our host was wonderful. He was helpful and got us pumped for the experience. We did the Mystery Mansion and LOVED it. I would definitely recommend this activity.

• From the very start I knew this would be great experience! The guy who answered the phone and helped with my reservation was awesome so helpful and courteous. Had to make 2 calls after that and both times the 2 ladies were very helpful and informative. Our group had a blast solving the puzzle of Mystery Mansion! Definitely will return to do another! North Hills staff you are awesome and we had great time!! Thank you for making sure we felt welcome and important!

• We went with a group of friends. The escape room was great, with well thought out puzzles and an entertaining story line. Our guide Matt made sure it was fun for all. I definitely recommend this place.

• We had our great experience at Breakout in North Hills (McKnight Road) and had so much fun. We had a group of 8 (max) and never felt overcrowded in any room. Each person contributed in some way to solving the puzzle to move on to the next part. We did an intermediate level - Mystery Mansion. Yes, we did ask for a hint or so and yes we did get out. JUST BARELY! Lots of Fun. You are not locked in and are monitored at all times for any emergencies. I can't wait to do another.

• We went as a staff and had a really great time. Rooms were clean and everything was well put together! We didn’t quite make it but it was still a great experience. Dominic was our game master- very friendly and gave us clues without spoiling the challenge. Hope to come back with the family! We chose the Mystery Mansion game.
