• We went here for a birthday and it was definitely one of the better escape rooms that I've been too. We did the playground one and it was fun, good for a lot of people, and not too hard but not too easy. The staff was amazing, polite, and kind, and made the experience even better for my son's birthday.

• Went for my birthday and played two rooms! Played the playground and the submarine room. My group are experienced escape room players and finished the rooms in about 45 min each. The rooms were very fun, the puzzles were all on theme, and we didn't feel there were any gotcha! Type puzzles or moments. The staff was extremely accommodating to our group and kind. Danyelle was our guide for both games and she was super friendly and did a great job. Her and the front desk staff went out of their way to make my birthday special.

• My husband and I walked in to The Escape Game yesterday and were able to play The Playground. This room was meant for up to 12 people so there were a lot of different puzzles to get through and it was so much fun! The room was very well thought out and our game master Devin was awesome! We will definitely be back to try the other rooms!

• Went today for my 11 year old daughter’s birthday with a group of her friends. We did the Playground room and it was a SPECTACULAR experience. The room was so well designed and so much fun! Staff were great as well and further added to an already great experience. Already looking forward to going back and trying the other rooms! Highly recommend!!

• We were greeted by the most enthusiastic employees! The rooms were so creative and fun. The employees made the experience so much better with their positive attitudes and their excitement. I wish we had more rooms to solve because we solved all of them! Our favorite room was playground and prison break.

• Woohoo! The Escape Game is now here! I have been tracking this company across the states and was super excited for them to come to Irvine and so my party and I could finally try it out (even in COVID right?)? They also win in having the best location for an escape room in Irvine (right in the heart of Spectrum).
  
  I did a double date here and did the largest (yet easiest?) room, the Playground. And let me tell you, the amount of effort and mechanics and gear in this room is nuts! They definitely have the most well-built room in all of OC and compete in quality with the LA escape rooms. You are definitely getting your money's worth if you book here. The room was super fun, easy to understand, no confusions, no weirdness or awkwardness, and overall super cute and well-detailed!
  
  Our group of 4 (who haven't done in an escape room in over 9+ months because of covid and was highly disoriented) got out with 8 minutes left and used zero clues. You know a place is well-built if you can get out and clues are not a must (the puzzles here just make sense). My biggest advice for this room though is to split up and divide and conquer! (which we failed to do lol).
  
  Cons: They are on the heaviest side of escape room pricings. At $40 a room for 1 hour, they easily out-price any other Escape room company in Irvine. Still, same-day and repeat bookings can help make the price slightly more mange-able if you rebook! Ask about these offers!

• The customer service of this place is amazing, they're very welcoming and very organized to keep groups on time and ready for their experience. When it was out time the set up for the room made you feel comfortable even for those first time in an escape room and make you feel like you're submersed in the type of environment. This is my second time here and I've love both Playground and Special Ops. I would highly recommend coming here, they also sanitize between each group for a safe experience including a mask requirement.
