• We did 3 escape rooms here.
  
  My first one was Timeliner was fun. We even manage to make the ball balanced on the divider. That was cool. Jinho was very helpful with the hints and very friendly.
  
  Second room was Special Ops. It was also cool.
  
  Third room was Gold Rush. It was a fun room. The intro movie set up the mood of the room. We loved it. Jason was also cool.

• Did their Timeliner Train Through Time today and really enjoyed it. Very immersive and creative themeing with multiple cool rooms, and a fun mix of puzzles using physical interactivity around the rooms. Our game guide Eric was friendly and helpful, as was the rest of the staff. Definitely recommended as a solid escape room company in the bay.

• Oh this was awesome! Rohan was wonderful and cheerful and worked at our level to make it fun for everyone. We ended up escaping the Timeline Train just in time! Thanks so much for such a fun experience. Will definitely be back next time I see an Escape Game location!

• Eric was an amazing game master with the best hints! Never confusing which is so helpful to keep us on track time wise. The game itself was like a train time travel thing and it was so neat! The room was so intricate and the puzzles were fun while still clever and challenging. 10/10 would recommend to anyone and everyone!

• One of the best escape rooms we’ve done. The Timeliner room was so well designed and so much fun, the other group that we played with was amazing and honestly it was such a great way to meet other people. We can’t wait to do all the other rooms soon!

• We really enjoyed the escape rooms here. The sets were amazing and the story line of each game was very cool. We have almost done all of the rooms here (except for one). Our favorite so far is the Timeliner. SPECIAL SHOUT-OUT to our guide- Chloe— she’s amazing- friendly and energetic, and just made the entire game way more fun. We love her! 😍 Thanks, Chloe! Also- thank you to Jenna- the GM here- she’s helped her many times and is always super friendly and accommodating. We will be back to do the last room! :)

• This is the second time I have done an escape room with this company and both times my expectations were exceeded.
  
  My girlfriend and I did the Timeliner room and made it out with 14 minutes to spare. The puzzles were well crafted and the difficulty made sense. There were a couple instances where we had to ask for hints and got stuck, but that's okay.
  
  All in all a great experience and definitely would recommend.
  
  Their customer service was outstanding from start to finish as well! Big thanks to the team for making the experience so enjoyable!

• compared to other escape rooms that i’ve been to (and worked at) this place is 10x better production value, puzzle design, and overall immersive experience. literally so cool i would recommend everyone play any of the games but especially the depths and timeliner, my friends and i had SO MUCH fun it was a blast. i don’t even make a habit of leaving reviews
