• This was a great escape room! It was our families first escape room! Our kids are 13 and 9. We did the "Once Upon a Time", one of their easier rooms, great for kiddos, but my wife and I still got stumped a few times! Our game master Tiffany was great! She has good energy and all around great host! We will definitely be making this a routine family outing until we finish all the rooms.

• We did Once upon a Time. Loved this room and how clever it was! We are now hooked and can't wait to come back and do the rest! Paige was our clue master and she was perfect. Gave us just enough to help but not make us feel dumb lol.

• One of the best escape room places in the area. All the rooms are fun. Just did Once Upon a Time. Really fun. The crew is super nice. Tiffany has tons of energy and makes the whole event a blast.

• First time doing an escape room and we were all very impressed. We came for a work team building event and did the Once Upon a Time room. Took more thought, team work and communication than I anticipated, perfect for what we were looking to do. We escaped with only a few minutes left on the clock and had a great time. Chase was our guide and he was awesome. Friendly, knowledgeable, and entertaining. We look forward to coming back for the next room.

• Me and my family did the "Once Upon A Time" room and it was amazing, the decor was awesome and the puzzles were hard but not hard to the point where it's annoying 5 stars

• We did the Once upon a time escape room in Oxnard. Olivia was our Game Keeper. She was amazing! She was energetic and excited for usMy daughter and I have done multiple escape rooms and we are "decent" at it. We brought a friend, his first escape room and we did GREAT! The room was rated 6/10 for difficulty. It was SUPER FUN and there were a lot of clues/tasks to keep us busy. It was a little pricey but tbh, you really get your moneys worth with all the activities. I would HIGHLY recommend Red Door. Everything was high quality . Thanks for the experience!

• So fun! Kids and parents had a great time. Very hard, but makes you use the old rusty noggen, which is always a healthy thing. Our 9 yr olds had a great time and constantly want to go back. Staff are super friendly. Tip: once upon a time I think is the easiest, and if it's your first time, don't be afraid to hit the button for tips! Better to make it out with tips then not (we did not because we're stubborn in thinking we needed no help, and then when we did, we were running out of time). Fun time.

• It was our first experience at the Red Door Escape Room in Oxnard. We selected the Once Upon A Time Episode and loved the adventure! Front desk girls (Ale and Raina) we helpful and friendly. Our game master Sam was enthusiastic and awesome!

• We did the "Once Upon a Time" room as a group of 5 and it was still challenging enough and fun. The set of the rooms were nicely done and it was convenient that the clues were given on a screen instead of just through audio as it can be hard to understand sometimes. They also gave my friend and I birthday cards after we escaped as we were there celebrating our birthday, which is such a sweet and well-thought out gesture! Definitely plan to go back to try the other rooms. :)

• My husband and two daughters have been wanting to go to an escape room and we decided to book Once Upon a Time this evening. We had a blast! Our game master was Chase who made the experience even more fun and enjoyable. We will definitely be returning and requesting Chase to guide us on the next escape journey!

• Went for a first time escape room experience with family ages 8-68. We did the Once Upon a Time room. It was so fun! The staff were great at checking us in and orienting us. The whole experience was fantastic.

• This was a fun escape room that tests deciphering skills, matching, and probably most importantly observation. There are so much things to find in this escape room that it kinda feels like you’re foraging for clues. I only rate this a “good” instead of “best” because one of the contraptions in the room wasn’t working properly at the time and it cost my group a lot of time. The technology was amazing in this room—probably one of the best I’ve seen.
