Just had a fun experience at this escape room after having a terrible one at an escape room in Manassas. We did the Matter of Time room and loved all the puzzles that came in it. The room was nicely decorated and is doable with two people. Shout out to Madison for being a great game master!

Pretty cool escape room (we did Sherlock Holmes: A Matter of Time) and it was hard but had some pretty neat clues! We also told Vanessa that we were celebrating because my friend bought a new house and she made her this super sweet card and the entire staff signed it while we were doing our escape room!! Staff was super nice and accommodating too…they offered to switch escape rooms for us last minute so that we’d have the room to ourselves.

Very cool spot in old town! Our host was very helpful and the decorations were very cool. The Sherlock room was ranked a 7/10 difficulty, but a group of 3 adults (2 pretty inexperienced with escape rooms) and 3 kids solved it with time to spare!

Our group had such a fun time playing a Sherlock Holmes themed escape room. Our guide, Luke, was incredibly friendly and funny while explaining everything we’d need to know about playing. Overall, we had a very fun time and we’d highly recommend. Luke was the best!

Had a great time doing this escape room with our gameguide Nate!! We did the Sherlock Homes: A matter of time, and raced through it in twenty minutes with six people and skipping clues. They let us go back and find the clues we missed to get the full experience.

Did the Wizards Apothecary and A Matter of Time, the rooms were excellent! We’ve done dozens of escape rooms and the puzzles here were challenging but still intuitive. The staff was incredibly friendly especially our Game-master Luke! We will be coming back tomorrow to finish the rest of the rooms.

If you enjoy puzzles and mysteries than you will love Escape Room Live. We did the Sherlock Holmes room and completed it just in time. We had 9 people, I would recommend 8 or more for this room because it is very difficult with numerous puzzles to solve. Overall very good experience and I highly recommend.

This place was so much better than I expected. The space was impressively decorated and very clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The event was fun and extremely interactive for my family. It kept my grandmother and my daughter very engaged along with the rest of us. It didn't hurt that we won as well. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to spend a fun filled hour with friends in old town!
