Everyone will find something to do: strategizing, taking charge, searching for clues, solving puzzles, cheering the team on, counting down the minutes, wandering from room to room or chatting up the game master. Book one of the rooms in Akron and find out what will your contribution be!

Bubba and his gang are collectors of some very, VERY valuable items. They’re hidden in his pawn shop and y'all’re gonna swipe the loot from his mob. If y'all're after that 'big score,' that 'retirement job'...then this escape room in Akron is it.
The worlds power grid just turned off, and the only man who could turn it back on is Mr. Bob Von Smith the worlds leading scientist. But Mr. Von Smith just had a massive heart attack!
Captain Blackheart and his crew traveled the oceans looking for the lost treasure of Skull Island. Unfortunately, they met their maker at sea! You must find the spirit of Captain Blackheart and locate the treasure!
BeakerPirate’s Quest was overall average.
What we liked: good set design; very few combo locks; decent puzzles.
What we wish had been better: Too much of the room was a scavenger hunt with red herrings. Overall number of puzzles was low. One puzzle made an extremely irritating noise.
If you’re in dire need of a room, Pirate’s Quest will do, but it’s not worth going out of your way for.November 27, 2021
