• Did the playground experience at the Concord Mills location. Our guide, Grace, was absolutely awesome and the experience was sooo fun. Booked our next room on the way out and can't wait to return. Great experience for the price.

• We had a great time playing The Playground at The Escape Game - Concord Mills. The staff were welcoming, made sure the game was set up properly before we began and provided helpful redirection when we needed it during the puzzle. The game itself is really creatively assembled. With a few clues, we (a family of experienced escape room solvers, including a 8-year old and a 10-year old) were able to solve with four minutes remaining.

• I thought my kids were too young to do an escape room, but we did "Playground" and the kids (6 and turning 10) loved it! The puzzles were challenging enough that we had to ask for lots of hints, but also parts were easy enough for the kids to help and there was even a little slide!! Our host was super sweet and got everyone to make my daughter a little birthday card while we were in there. Highly recommend!!

• We were greeted by the most enthusiastic employees! The rooms were so creative and fun. The employees made the experience so much better with their positive attitudes and their excitement. I wish we had more rooms to solve because we solved all of them! Our favorite room was playground and prison break.

• We brought my daughter, Sydney and her friends here yesterday to celebrate her 17th birthday. We had such an AWESOME TIME at the Playground! Don't let the name fool you. It was tough, but we managed to escape in 40 minutes with only 1 clue. Thank you Escape Game! We can't wait to try out the other games soon.

  The room was amazing. It looked very well built and the puzzles didn’t feel gimmicky or super obvious. The puzzles were actually pretty impressive.
  
  The staff is another huge PRO to this place. They were very friendly and personable. They accommodated a special request for a member of our party. Definitely go and try these guys out.

• This location's rooms are all great! We did this room with 2 groups we didn't know and almost got out. This room takes a lot of communication and teamwork! The puzzles were fun and we had a great time.
