• We came in for my birthday and played the Special Ops room. It was super awesome and detailed and we finished with 14 minutes to spare. Our game instructor Eli was super helpful and sweet and generally a wonderful person to lead us into the mission. We will definitely be coming back again when we can come back up to Charlotte!!

• This location is absolutely amazing we did the spec ops and it was thrilling would definitely go everyday of the week. We had Eli as our game guide he was the best definitely an expert and the best guide to have, very helpful. We are for sure coming back

• It was an amazing experience to do the special ops: mysterious market. Nachi our room supervisor was great. He helped us with very crafty clues and get us through l!! We did it - we escaped. What a nice way to spend the afternoon for a nerdy gate!!! We will be again to play other rooms.

• Fun and unique. There are many scenarios to select from, we did the Special Ops Mysterious Market "spy" mission and saved the world from terrorists. I would do it again with an even harder room.

• The Special Ops Escape Room at Concord Mills NC was awesome, challenging, and fun! We had 5 in our group and a family of 3 joined us! We worked together well! We came very close to escaping and we are planning on going back again! Make sure to make your reservations online because it is very busy!
