WilliamI have done most of not all of the escape rooms in the Charlotte area and I can say without a doubt this is THE BEST around. I just did the new Ghastly Escapes and the story, the immersion, and the acting is phenomenal. What Masterpiece Escapes is doing with that type of escape room is the next big thing, bravo to the team!
CarsonMy friends and I booked their Ghastly Escape Chapter 1 and we absolutely loved it!! The balance between puzzles and the monster chasing us in the room was great, it was never a dull moment nor was it too scary to handle. All in all, a great balance of tension and adrenaline. Our gamemaster was part of our group the entire time so it never broke the immersion if we got stumped having to shout out for help. We highly recommend you try Ghastly Escape! They were super respectful of some of us not wanting to be touched but it was still scary and funny seeing our friends get caught by the monster. We can't wait to see the next three chapters!
panWe have been going to this place for a while now and experienced many of their escape rooms. This place is amazing, professional and have awesome customer service. Their rooms are very interactive, immersive and realistic. Ghastly escapes is by far THE BEST one we have experienced thus far, intense and interactive - great actors separating you from your group at times so you have to get them out as well. Highly recommend this place!! (Very family friendly)
CrystalMy husband and I have done tons of escape rooms, however this was our first time doing an immersive escape room. It was AWESOME!!! We did Ghastly Escapes Ch. 1. Our game masters Kayla and Truman were great! She did a wonderful job and was an essential part of our game. There was a line between puzzles and scary moments, but nothing unbearable. I would highly recommend masterpiece escapes to anyone!
TyMy family and I did this escape room and had a blast. The staff was fun and friendly. The escape room was challenging but lot of fun. We made it out with just a little time to spare. Next time we are in town we will be back!
