• A GREAT escape company. The Timekeeper's room was incredibly cool and the puzzles were very unique! I've been to several escape rooms and none of them were nearly as thematically enticing or engaging as this one. Our game master was Lincoln, and he was incredibly kind and funny! He gave us wonderfully vague but incredibly helpful guidance. We will definitely be going back for the Gameshow room :)))

• Love this place!! We've played through both The Timekeeper's Trapped and the Bonus Fun Time Game Show Challenge on separate occasions and had a blast. Our most recent game master Seaogh was a stinkin' delight the whole time and kept us laughing and moving through the clues. We can't wait to try out the Treehouse next!

• This was such a great time. A group of 8 (4 adults and 4 kids) attended for a birthday party. This was everyone's first escape room experience. This place is fantastic for kids and adults.
  
  We chose the Timekeeper room. It was so much fun and a nice challenge. Alex was our Gamemaster. He did a wonderful job explaining the game, and he provided just the right amount of assistance when necessary.

• We booked the Timekeeper challenge room for a 12-person birthday party with a mix of ages from 11-75+. We had an absolute blast! Brandon, our Gamekeeper, and his assistant Charlie, were great. They explained things thoroughly and ensured we kept things moving along. The puzzle was a lot of fun, and worked well for the large group, enabling small groups to solve puzzles independently. This was my second time visiting The Escape Factor, and I'd go back again in a heartbeat!

• We did Timekeeper’s Trapped for my husband’s birthday and everyone in our group (ages 10-48) had a fantastic time! Brandon was a stellar Gamemaster, giving nudges/hints where needed in order to keep momentum going and stop frustration from taking over. It was challenging but never overwhelming. This is our second room at this location and we can’t wait to check out the other two!

• Our family of 4 (two adults, kids aged 10 and 12) just did the Timekeeper’s Trapped and had a great time!! Our game master (Will) was terrific and the puzzles are all very well thought-out. We are escape room junkies and have done escape rooms in many states and this one is probably one of the best!! Get ready to be challenged!!

• What a blast! Went here with 5 of my friends and we had a great time solving all the puzzles developed by the Time Keeper. Look at everything in the room and make sure you talk to your partners to get out and solve the puzzles. We made it out just in the nick of time! Highly recommend for a unique experience!

• It was my first escape room experience and it was awesome. The riddles and puzzles keeps us thinking, moving, and laughing. We had a a great time. Can't wait to do it again . Dexter and Johnathan was deviously brilliant.

• Had a great time with the family. We didn't make it out but if we had 3 more minutes we would have. Communication and teamwork is necessary. Don't discount anything and remember the puzzles. If I'm back in town I'll go again. Keep up the great job with this room.

• This was our 7th escape room as a family (7 year old, 15 year old, and 2 smart adults). We did the Timekeepers Trapped room for our son's birthday. It was challenging and a lot of fun, but unfortunately it was our first escape room that we didn't make it out of. We were about 5 minutes from figuring it out, so we should have asked for more clues along the way, but regardless we had a great time. They let us peek into the other rooms before we left and we all want to go back to try them as well. The only thing that could have made this place better was if they had taken our picture with those funny signs like all of the other places do.

• Escape Factor was awesome!! the Time Keeper room was so fun! the riddles and puzzels were so clever and challenging. Dexter, our Game Master, was great, giving us clues when needed. i highly recommend Escape Factor to anyone looking to have a great time- families, couples, friends, adults and kids. everyone will love it!

• My fiancé and I have done several escape rooms on the past but decided to try this place when a big group of our friends were visiting town. It's THE BEST escape room we've ever done! The room was decorated unlike any room we've ever done - we really felt like we were in the Time Keeper's lab! And the challenge was very challenging even though our group got out with 15 minutes to spare! Can't wait to come back!

• We had a group of 4 for the Time Keeper and a group of 6 for the Gameshow Room (all adults); both were fantastic and required no outside knowledge. The craftsmanship on the props was impressive, and while some of the puzzles required thinking outside the box none were too frustrating or seemingly impossible to figure out - still very challenging, though! Time Keeper seemed a bit more complex than the Gameshow, but both were very satisfying.

• This was my first experience with Escape rooms and we had a full group of extended family in town. We had such a great time. The owner was awesome and the puzzles were great. And there was enough to do in the room that all 9 of us were busy solving puzzles. Highly recommend this fun find. And bonus, they are moving soon and will have several more rooms!

  I've always wanted to try something of this sort when I was travelling but could not find such place anywhere in Chicagoland that wouldn't seem cheesy or too easy. Got super excited when I found out Escape Brigade was opening up.
  
  I went with few of my friends (6 people, all in our 20's and 30's) without quite knowing what to expect. Not to give anything away - it was super fun and interesting. I'd say it was the right mix of cues, puzzles to solve, and a pressure of trying to complete the challenge before the time ran out. Not knowing what this Escape game is definitely adds to the thrill.
  
  Everyone on the team gets involved and contributes. Also, no matter how well you think you know your friends, you really get to see how they behave in a completely new and challenging situation, especially when you only have an hour to escape the room. Kind of cool to observe that, too.
  
  I was told the second room is in the making and I'd love to go there again soon.
