• Worst Experience of My Life! To begin, we were rushed into the room without instructions or the storyline explained. The staff was atrocious. And that’s an understatement. Even though we arrived on time, and we were late getting into the room due to the staff, they started our 1 hour timer before we even entered the room. We never were able to be immersed into the story as they yelled at us over the speaker because they were thought we cheated and when we proved we didn’t cheat they put us on “high surveillance.” As the rules were never explained to us we were unaware of the no photo rule. When a member of my group took a selfie, that didn’t not show any of the room, the flood lights were turned on and the entire game was disabled without warning by the staff. No refund was given! All I can say is never attend this place and I hope the staff (specifically the 19 year old boy with purple hair) is fired.
  
  The guy with the purple hair and butterfly necklaces (he refused to give his name) was the most rude employee I ever had the displeasure of encountering.

• it was a great team building experience. We broke into teams and worked together to escape our rooms. It was fun to gather with coworkers outside of the office and do something so fun and laugh so hard.

• This was the first time we did an escape room. We all had a blast even though we did not escape. It was exciting to work through each section trying to figure out what to do next!
