We were trying to fit in all of their rooms before our dinner reservation (it's our anniversary) and Nancy, the manager, actually rescheduled their room times to fit our schedule. Julie was our Game Master and she was amazing! Not only did she understand the rooms inside and out, but she always had the right clue handy for us at the perfect time--no guess-work! Julie even came in to work EARLY to accommodate the new room schedule! This company is amazing, their staff is amazing and their rooms are fantastic! We would know because we've done over 230 rooms! We will be back for Protocol Zero for sure in the next few months when it opens up. We highly recommend Escape Artist Columbus--just ask for Julie! 😊
