Escape Room Kansas City

Absolutely horrible experience. there were not one but two broken puzzles. Their "hint" radio was on the wrong station for most of the room. so even tho we asked for help it didn't come. The room stated specific rules (as all rooms do) but then proceeded to ignore them and the solution to one puzzle was exactly contrary to those rules. There were more than one of the puzzles where the solution was extremely obscured almost to the point of relying on luck. When we tried talking to them about the issues we were informed that we could not expect everything to work perfectly as they had many people playing the game who were "hard on stuff". My son and I have done almost every other room in the Kansas City area and refuse to go back there to do the others.

The Da Vinci Code

We enjoyed the Da Vinci room yesterday! There were four of us and we escaped in just over 30 minutes. We were always ahead of the clues and didn’t use either of the 2 hints. So I think the difficulty might be a bit overstated.

A Dream

We loved our first visit! We took our kids (14 & 10) and chose "A Dream" because we thought it was the easiest. When we arrived, they told us it was actually the hardest. They were not joking! Would we have known that, we would have booked a different room (being with our children) but we still had a great time. We will definitely be back!
