Absolutely horrible experience. there were not one but two broken puzzles. Their "hint" radio was on the wrong station for most of the room. so even tho we asked for help it didn't come. The room stated specific rules (as all rooms do) but then proceeded to ignore them and the solution to one puzzle was exactly contrary to those rules. There were more than one of the puzzles where the solution was extremely obscured almost to the point of relying on luck. When we tried talking to them about the issues we were informed that we could not expect everything to work perfectly as they had many people playing the game who were "hard on stuff". My son and I have done almost every other room in the Kansas City area and refuse to go back there to do the others.

My kids and I did the Judgement Day escape room, and it was the worst room experience we have had. There were many broken elements, and poor monitoring, which left us frustrated, and prevented us from being able to solve the room. It's a shame, since we were very excited for this room, as we love escape rooms.

Visited “Judgement Day” the day after Christmas for a birthday gift. My family has done many of these rooms over the last three years and this was by far the worst. Had several broken pieces (flashlight, clips) and a lot of technical issues. We would have to call on walkie talkie, they would confirm we had the correct solutions but puzzles still wouldn’t open. Sensors, beeps, were so low most of us could not hear them. Spent most of our 60 minutes ....waiting, waiting for workers to manually open the puzzles, so we move forward.

very displeased. I have done several escape rooms through out the nation and this was by far the worst. Unhelpful staff

My Scholar’s Bowl team and I entered this room and none of the clues worked. All the technology in the room didn’t work regardless of how many times we tried. After trying the puzzles multiple times, we got frustrated and used the walkie talkie to contact the game master. However, the game master said that all our solutions to the clues were correct. She then had to manually enter a command to unlock the next portion. You’d think after spending $30 a person our room would actually work. This happened at least four times with four different puzzles. It was especially frustrating because we were so close to succeeding, and I know that if we had not wasted 1/4 of our time trying to get the game to actually work we would have escaped.

This was a blast. Me and my daughter did this and escaped. We both had so much fun. I would rate this 10/10. We would definitely go back and do another. Staff was very nice. All together this was a great experience.
