My son and I played Quarantine at Escape Room Madness. The staff were helpful, very friendly and enthusiastic. We had a lot of fun and we will be back to do more. Highly recommended space for family or date night

We were in NYC for the weekend and wanted to try an escape room. We played Quarantine and it was amazing. The scenic and puzzles were excellent. We managed to escape with 27 seconds left, it is crazy. The Game Master was amazing, he helped us with clues and hints just when we needed them the most. We highly recommend Escape Room Madness if you are in NYC. They are located in Midtown in KoreaTown. A lot of good food places nearby as well.

We had a Great time! Logan set an amazing tone at the room. He was clear and concise in his explanation and the clues we used. We did quarantine which was one of the most interactive and well themed rooms I've done. 100% would recommend!

Some of the puzzles were fairly interesting and fun, but there were some concepts that I did not like. Clues are very antisocial with little guidance from the game masters. The last puzzle was also a near impossible one even after having it explained. I wish there was a more personal connection so there could be more guidance with difficult connections.

Loved the Masquerade Manor. Highly recommend. Customer service = 10. Kinda/sorta a difficult room if it's your first time doing escape rooms. Definitely coming back.
