The good:
Beck
- The puzzles were thematic and mostly involved fixing pieces of the submarine, which fit the story
- The rooms were nicely decorated and the individual components showed attention to detail (the map especially was well-painted)
- Another member of my group said he liked the physicality of many of the puzzles
The bad:
- Way, way too linear. 70% of our experience was watching one person solve a puzzle, 20% was 2 people solving a puzzle while the other 2 watched
- They made a strange choice in that the submarine components were present but deactivated, so spinning gears or flipping dials or whatever didn't do anything until another puzzle was completed. It would have been easy to make the room a little less linear by enabling 2 of the machines at once. Also, providing a narrative flow of "this machine enables this other machine" would have helped connect the puzzles - we occasionally couldn't tell that completing a puzzle enabled a different one, as there was no in-game reason for them to be connected
Awesome quest room. I advise everyone to come down. I also want to advise you to go to the Quest Factor (https://questfactor.us/). Exciting puzzles, interesting quest plots and very nice staff.

Did the Magic Wonderland room as a family and successfully escaped! Had a wonderful time! Wasn’t so difficult that my 8-year-old couldn’t participate, yet the adults in the room, a few experienced game room connoisseurs, found it challenging. We will definitely return!

My husband and our friends celebrated my birthday by attempting to escape the Bourne room at Flee Escape Game. And even though we didn’t escape, we had a blast! I think we needed a few more players to escape (there were 4 off us), but we did okay, despite a few hiccups. The puzzles were difficult but not impossible. However the best thing about this Escape Room, is that it made sense and everything we needed to solve the puzzles was related to the room! I liked that this was a private escape room, with only our party. And I really appreciated the fact that the “guide” wasn’t in the room with us. If we needed help or a hint, we could reach her via radio. My husband and I have gone to several escape rooms in various cities, and Flee Escape Game in Seattle has been my favorite by far! We plan on going again to try out the other themes. If you enjoy escape rooms, I highly recommend this one

It was really fun and this was my first time to play an escape game. Fortunately, I went there with a group of smart people and we almost completed the mission! Highly recommend it! I am planning to go to the Redmond location.
